… candidates approved for DPS through internal tendering procedures within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS will begin on 7 September 2026, after the start-up phase, and will end on the expiry of the DPS. Contracts may have a maximum duration of five (5) years, with all contracts terminating no later than 3 September 2037. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 25 000 000 (excluding VAT). The customer may use electronic auctions in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016) when purchasing the products and services referred to in this dynamic purchasing system.
