… approved for DPS through internal tendering procedures within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS will begin after the establishment phase on 4 September 2026 and will end at the end of the period of validity of the DPS. Public contracts may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years, provided that all public contracts expire no later than 3 September 2037 The customer may use electronic auctions in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016, ‘the Act on Public Contracts’) when purchasing the products and services referred to in this dynamic purchasing system.
