… excluding VAT over the total term of four (4) years. If this maximum total value is exceeded within the maximum period of four (4) years, the framework agreement ceases to have effect and the framework agreement terminates automatically. In that case, the municipality will re-tender the contract in accordance with the applicable procurement legislation.
