What the buyer is looking for
The contract concerns the conclusion of a single RAW framework agreement (hereinafter: ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030 or framework agreement) for the preparation and execution of hydraulic works on the hydraulic area of Defence in Den Helder and on Texel. For the duration of ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030, the work will be entrusted by means of separate subcontracts. The work mainly consists of functional adjustments, replacement investments, planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and the execution of a breakdown service. Work will include quays, scaffolding, riparian cladding and protection, mooring facilities and inhibition and guidance works. The objective of ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030 is to maintain and, where possible, to standardise the hydraulic area in a predictable, scalable and continuous manner, thus ensuring the operationality of the port.
