… approving the description of the procedure for the organisation and performance of external assessments of the quality of schools implementing pre-school and/or pre-primary education programmes (‘Description 2’), persons authorised to carry out assessments of schools implementing pre-primary and/or-primary education programmes must carry out external assessments in specified schools in the country, collect qualitative and quantitative data in accordance with the established procedure, process them and draw up descriptive external evaluation reports on the basis of them and provide structured conclusions and recommendations on the quality of the activities of each specific school assessed.
