At the same time, it will also include the provision of related services: unloading and unloading of goods at the place of delivery, after unloading of goods removal and ecological disposal of excess protective, packaging materials used in transport (films, paper and cardboard packaging, bubble and air-filled films, crates, pallets and others) in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste, as amended. Packaging and transport of goods must be carried out in accordance with the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 152/1995 Coll. on Foodstuffs, as amended, and the relevant implementing regulations to this Act and the hygiene standards of the Slovak Republic, the Food Code and other applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the European Union regarding purchased goods, while the standard also applies to the quality of the delivered goods as well as the date of use.
