… conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to those submitting a valid request to participate in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. The DBR is planned to be implemented with a total estimated net value of HUF 61 600 000 000, primarily but not exclusively, from the RRF, EFOP+, DIMOP and NEA projects, for goods and related services falling under the following product categories, with the additional characteristics of each category being specified in the technical specifications. As is the case in the framework agreement procedure, the Public Procurement Act. In accordance with the interpretative provision of Section 3(18), the quantity is characterised by the planned and aggregated amount of the public procurements to be carried out under the DBR in the present procedure for the establishment of the DBR, the value of which is net HUF 61 600 000 000 (the specific quantities of the public procurements to be carried out under the DBR will be determined during the bidding phases). The expected maximum size of each contract to be awarded under the DBR is HUF 500 000 000. A 2/2019. (VII. 12.) of the MK. Decree (hereinafter referred to as the Decree) and in relation to medical devices, applications or software not classified in another category listed in Annex 1 of the Decree, the goods and related services corresponding to the following product category are subject to the DBR. Product category: Digital POCT devices and related services The Contracting Authority describes the product category and its characteristics in the Other Procurement Documents, for the implementation of which it intends to create a DBR. During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the exact technical specifications and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the Tenderers participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, and the possibility shall be reserved for the implementation of the DBR to specify in the invitation to tender the possibility of submitting a partial tender for the specific procurement need specified in the invitation to tender, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements. The contracting authority shall establish this Dynamic Procurement System in order to meet the procurement needs of the primary healthcare sector. The further definition cannot be described in this section due to the strict character limitation of TED, but a more detailed breakdown of the product categories to be procured under the DBR can be found in the technical specifications.
