… criteria. Deadline for submission of initial applications - 12.12.2023. The examination of the initial requests for participation will be carried out within 15 working days of the deadline for submission of initial applications, after which the Contracting Authority shall determine by a Selection Decision the qualified suppliers. Following the entry into force of the Selection Decision, a second stage of the procedure follows. Second stage /collection of offers for specific calls/: A call for tenders for a specific procurement should be sent to those suppliers that have been qualified/allowed. Tenders contain a technical and price offer. Pursuant to Article 39(1) of the PPZOP, by submitting a tender, candidates are deemed to agree to all the terms and conditions of the contracting authority, including the period of validity of the tenders set by the contracting authority and the draft contract. No invitation to tender for a specific contract shall be issued until all initial applications submitted within the time limit indicated above have been examined. For specific calls, tenders will be ranked by a programme that will be accessible and free of charge to all candidates. Unrestricted, full and direct access to the procurement documents is ensured throughout the lifetime of the DPS. *At any time, interested persons can submit applications for admission/inclusion in the DPS. The contracting authority will consider new proposals twice a month (1st and 15th day of the month) or once every two weeks. The contracting authority will issue a decision for admission of the candidates to the DPS. After each examination of the applications, the Contracting Authority issues a Selection Decision by which the qualified suppliers join the DPS.
