The competition aims to: • the emergence of innovative architectural and urban approaches, • the exploration of the relationship between public space, habitation and the productive landscape, • and the production of proposals that combine: ◉ architectural quality, environmental strategy, social sustainability, and resilience. The aim is to develop integrated proposals that treat Elaionas not only as a regeneration area, but as a field of production of new forms of metropolitan life. The design of this unified approach should be based on key thematic categories, which will interact with each other and feed into each other. More specifically, the basic principles will be five (5): 1. Green pole and climate resilience, 2. Sport and society, 3. Innovative residential areas 4. Culture and historical identity, 5. Regulatory and regulatory framework.
