… competition - Promoting the vitality of the regions - The procurement method flexibly accepts new service providers as contracting partners throughout the contract period For home care procurement, the Kanta-Häme wellbeing services county opens a flexible supplier register with this application to which service providers are accepted through continuous search throughout the period of validity of the supplier register until 17 June 2029. A flexible supplier register can be used to request offers for various home care services during the period of validity of the supplier register. This is a two-stage procurement method described in the "Principles of a flexible supplier register" appended to the invitation to tender. The client will open the first internal invitation to tender within the supplier register as soon as possible after the procurement phase has been completed on 17 June 2024.
