By that notice, the HUS group sets up a dynamic purchasing system (‘DPS’) for the purchase of ICT equipment and supplies. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes. The products to be procured are defined in more detail in each DPS internal tendering procedure. Requests to participate in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) "ICT Equipment and Supplies 2025-2035" (hereinafter also referred to as DPS) are requested. The DPS shall be valid until 31 December 2035, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that between 15 and 30 tenders will be published within the DPS between 2025 and 2035. … the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at a maximum of EUR 140,000,000 to EUR 180,000,000, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract. It shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements.
