IN ENGLISH The City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division will establish a dynamic purchasing system within which Equipment and Goods Procurements for snow management solutions will be tendered. The dynamic purchasing system will remain valid until the end of 2033, unless the contracting entity shortens or extends the duration of the system. During the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates may submit a request for participation. The operation and scope of the dynamic purchasing system are described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments. According to the preliminary estimate, dozens of procurements will be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system over the coming years. The total value of the procurements is estimated to be 19 500 000 EUR during the entire duration of the DPS for comprehensive service procurements. The dynamic purchasing system is designed to address procurement needs in the coming years, with a sufficient amount to achieve the objectives. This is an estimate, and the contracting authority is not committed to any specific procurement quantities.
