… submit a request to participate in the system even if not all the product groups mentioned by way of example are included in the candidate's product range. Applying for the scheme does not imply direct participation in procurement. Only candidates admitted to the system are entitled to submit tenders at the procurement stage. Contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents will be available to tenderers admitted to the dynamic system at the time of the opening of the tendering procedure. Existing contracts, i.e. contracts that have already been put out to tender, cannot be tendered until the tendering procedure is reopened. The products to be put out to tender, the minimum requirements to be set for the products and other minimum requirements and other conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract, as well as the subscribers, shall always be specified separately in each call for tenders within the procurement system, as appropriate. The DPS expires on 31 December 2035.
