Baskets 10-12 may include Secure Communication Service technologies, licenses, platform services and ready-made solutions. The purpose of baskets 10-12 is to enable flexible responses to market developments and technological changes in secure communications services. Any candidate who fulfils the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the invitation to participate may apply to participate in the dynamic purchasing system. All candidates who meet the required suitability requirements will be admitted to the DPS. All interested candidates may apply for the right to participate in the dynamic purchasing system throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. There is no limit on the number of candidates that can be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. Candidates apply to the dynamic purchasing system by submitting a request to participate. Istekki Oy may, if it so wishes, shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a contract notice. Istekki Oy may also increase the value of the procurement by publishing a contract notice. After the start-up phase, the DPS will be closed annually during July. In addition, Istekki Oy reserves the right to temporarily close the submission of requests to participate in the DPS during its period of validity (e.g. holiday periods).
