What the buyer is looking for
This dynamic purchasing system (later DPS) targets the food products used by the City of Helsinki's offices and Helsingin Grouphankinta Oy, as well as non-food products that support professional kitchen operations to a limited extent, such as tableware and cooking utensils needed by kitchens. In addition, the DPS targets services related to the ordering and use of these products, such as logistics services. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes. DPS is a supply channel to complement, or be an alternative to, food procurement through existing food framework contracts. All interested candidates may request the right to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system. The number of candidates to be admitted to the DPS is not limited. The City of Helsinki's units carry out procurements among suppliers approved for the dynamic purchasing system through internal tendering procedures within DPS.
