The purpose of this invitation to tender is: The purpose of this call for tenders is to enter into a framework agreement with a single Software Broker for the provision of software licences. In order to achieve this, the contracting authority carries out a public procurement procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012, as last amended with effect from 1 July 2016. The procedure is carried out entirely electronically. The estimated value of the contracts for the entire duration of the framework agreement, including all renewal options, is € 73.000.000,00 excluding VAT. In addition to this estimate, the contracting authority uses an estimated indexation and an uncertainty factor of a total of 5% per year due, inter alia, to recent market developments, fluctuations in replacement needs and possible technological and/or software developments.
