… also Section 2.1.1 of the Procurement Guide. The (estimated) value is 52.000.000,00 euro. The maximum amount for this framework agreement is EUR 65,000,000 and applies for the duration of the framework agreement including any extensions. In determining the estimated and maximum scope of the framework agreement, assumptions were made as to the need. The actual requirement depends on future developments and the budget to be made available for this. For example, it may happen that the scope of the framework agreement is nil or considerably more than estimated. In order to address possible future developments, the fixed maximum size of the framework agreement is higher than the estimated size. Unless the framework agreement is terminated if the maximum size is exceeded, economic operators may in no way derive any rights from the estimated or maximum size. The RVB strives to distribute the turnover evenly over the various years and to make it as predictable as possible.
