… functional management • We want to see the workplace as a utility that you purchase as much as possible. • The Application Landscape is a strategic part and therefore under its own direction and management. An agreement is entered into with one supplier. The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 4 years and a maximum of 14 years. The effective date of the agreement is the date of signature (mid-December 2026). The start of the initial term of 4 years shall be between 1 May and 1 July 2027 at the latest. This is also the date on which the ICT performance goes live. After the initial term, the agreement may be renewed five (5) times for a further period of two (2) years.
