… applicable to the Midwaste member concerned and applies, insofar as legally and contractually applicable, the resulting terms and conditions of employment. If there is a takeover of staff, it is expected that the acquired employees fit in with the job classification and salary scales as they are used within the relevant Midwaste member. Purpose of the contract: With this tender, the clients aim to enter into a sustainable collaboration per lot with a professional service provider that can flexibly meet the personnel needs of the participating Midwaste members. Duration of the framework contract: The framework agreements shall enter into force on 1 February 2027 and shall have an initial duration of two years. The Client then has the option of extending the framework agreements four times (4) for a period of twelve (12) months. An exception applies to Lot 3 Waste Service 's-Hertogenbosch: for this lot, the extension option is twice (2) a period of twelve (12) months.
