With this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority aims to contract a supplier for the delivery, implementation and management of a single financial system according to the SaaS principle and associated services. This means that the application does not run locally on the systems of the Contracting Authority but externally on the servers at the supplier to be contracted. … effective date of the management period is 1 January 2028. The duration of the agreement is set at 4 years and therefore ends on 31 December 2031. The contracting authority has the right to unilaterally extend the duration of the contract 4 times for a period of 2 years. The total duration of the agreement will be a maximum of 12 years. The agreement ends automatically at the end of its term, on 31 December 2039.
