… portal DTVP. The prerequisite for the conclusion of an open house contract is that the interested company submits the requested participation documents in full and signed. A contract is concluded with each company that meets the requirements for participation. There is no exclusivity. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2024. If AOK Nordost conducts a call for tenders for exclusive contracts in the form of an open tendering procedure during the term of the contract, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
