… months, the earliest contract start date is 01.01.2025. All contracts end at the latest on 31.12.2026, regardless of the date of the respective conclusion of the contract. An accession or conclusion of a contract can take place within the twenty-four-month period on the first of each month. There is a right of termination for six weeks at the end of each month. The AOK Lower Saxony. The health insurance company reserves the right to replace the non-exclusive open-house discount contracts with exclusive discount contracts already during the term of the contract. With the entry into force of exclusive discount contracts, the open-house contracts are terminated in accordance with the contractual arrangement, i.e. the open-house contracts end automatically. According to the experience of AOK Niedersachsen, exclusive discount contracts usually enter into force six to eight months after the publication of the corresponding call for tenders in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Future contractors in the open-house model are invited to regularly consult the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union regarding these tender notices. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the contract documents as well as the contract conditions at the contact address mentioned under I.1). Contracts for the active substance nadroparin (ATC code: B01AB06) will be completed for the first time with effect from 01.01.2025. Interested parties who wish to become contractual partners on this date must submit the contractual documents to the address specified in the contractual documents by 27 November 2024. It depends on the access at the AOK Niedersachsen. Subsequent contracts can be concluded during the maximum period of twenty-four months at the first of each month. Organisationally, a lead time of usually 35 calendar days is necessary on the part of the AOK in order to be able to guarantee the necessary work, e.g. the contract registration in the Lauer-Taxe®. The exact deadlines for receipt will be announced with the contract documents. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive (2014/24/EU) or public procurement law. Publication in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union shall be carried out in order to ensure as much transparency as possible as regards the intended conclusion of contracts. In the absence of a publication form, the contract notice shall be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedural designation ‘open procedure’, are solely due to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. A further meaning, in particular a submission to subcontracting regulations, insofar as they are not obligatory for legal reasons, is not associated with this.
