The framework contract to be concluded includes, for each contractor individually, those areas of work described in more detail in the terms of reference (Annex 1 to the framework contract) for which the admission requirements have been demonstrated with the application for admission. Specific contracts awarded on the basis of the framework contract concluded may cover all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been authorised. The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2025 and can be extended twice for 1 year each. Applications for admission and thus also the conclusion of a framework contract can be made during the entire duration of the open house procedure. A framework contract enters into force with the approval of an interested party and ends on 31.12.2025, subject to renewal options. The framework contract can be extended twice until 31.12.2026 or 31.12.2027 - analogous to the open house procedure - due to the extension option. More details are provided in the framework contract.
