The location and distribution of the individual items of gastro-technological and refrigeration equipment (drawing ‘Disposition of catering facilities’), as well as the requirements for their connection to the electrical and gas distribution systems (drawing ‘ELEKTRO and PLYN requirements’), air-conditioning (drawing ‘AH requirements’) and medical installations (drawing ‘ZTI requirements’) are determined by the project documentation forming Annex 3 to the tender documents – Project documentation (Technical report). Annex 3 also includes the above-mentioned drawings, which further specify the technical requirements of the contracting authority/entity for the subject-matter of the contract. A detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the scope of performance, technical specification, warranty conditions and service provision, is given in Annex 1 to the tender documents – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and Annex 2b to the tender documents – Price calculation/Item budget.
