The contract also includes the negotiation of the Building Plan and the Building Project and the author's supervision during the implementation of the construction works. Specification of the object: Gymnasium, Golianova 68, Nitra is located on Golianova street 68 in Nitra, in the Klokočina district. Capacitively, the gymnasium is busy to the maximum, and for this reason, the extension is approached to solve the growing number of students. In ÚPN Nitra, the spatial and functional regulation of the land is set for furnishing, respectively housing with the determination of the building up to 6 above-ground floors with a build-up coefficient of up to 0.8. The existing building is oriented along the longitudinal axis in the direction of the UV-SZ and has a floor plan in the form of the letter ‘H’. The extension should be designed as a continuation of the wing of the school in two above-ground floors, in order to comply with the shape homogeneity of the object, along with the functional filling. Part of the extension will be an elevator for the disabled to allow the movement of the disabled throughout the school on two floors. Investor requirements for the extension: • building 5 classes / including one natural science classroom/ and at least one cabinet for teachers • background of the building / warehouse space and hygiene/ • total accessibility of the extension, solved in accordance with the principles of universal design, the requirements of Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic No. 532/2002 Coll.
