The location and layout of the individual items of gastro-technological and refrigeration equipment (drawing ‘Disposition of gastro-facilities’), as well as the requirements for their connection to electrical and gas distribution systems (drawing ‘ELEKTRO AND PLYN requirements’), air-conditioning (drawing ‘VZT requirements’) and sanitary installations (drawing ‘ZTI requirements’) are determined by the project documentation forming Annex 3 to the tender specifications — Project documentation (Technical report). Annex 3 also contains the above-mentioned drawings, which further specify the technical requirements of the contracting authority/entity for the subject of the contract. A detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the scope of performance, technical specification, warranty conditions and service provision, is provided in Annex 1 to the tender specifications – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in Annex 2b to the tender specifications – Price calculation / Item budget.
