The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase/delivery of inert sprinkling material (fraction 2/4 and 4/8) used in the winter season for the sprinkling of Class II and III roads, in the SC TSK report and the provision of related services in accordance with the draft framework sales contract, which forms Annex 4 to these tender specifications.
