… permeations and their components, the construction of infiltration elements, the modification of existing road ditches and related earthworks, construction and finishing works, to the extent that they are determined for the relevant part by the project documentation and inventory of works. The exact scope, technical solution, quantities and locations of the construction works are determined by the project documentation and inventories of works forming part of the tender documents. The tenderer shall evaluate the full extent of the lot for which it is submitting a tender in accordance with the relevant work inventories. For Lot 1, the tender will result in a works contract. For Lot 2 and Lot 3, the result will be a separate framework agreement for each lot; specific deliverables will be awarded under the terms of the relevant framework agreement.
