PART 3 the purchase and supply of computer and technical equipment (see Annex 3 to this part of the tender specifications), together with their delivery to the place of delivery, which is the Primary School, Moskovská 2, 974 04 Banská Bystrica, as part of the project ‘Modernisation and reconstruction of the Moskovská 2, Banská Bystrica elementary school’ and within the meaning of the Purchase Agreement (Annex 3 to Part III of the tender specifications) and its annexes. If it results from the nature of computer technology and technical equipment, the delivery of the subject of the contract also includes professional assembly, installation, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing and training of the Buyer's employees for the operation and maintenance of computer technology and equipment. The supply of computer technology and technical equipment protected by copyright includes the supply of the required number of licenses for all software, including all its components, modules, databases, components and documentation. Together with computer technology and technical equipment, for which this is due to their nature, it is necessary to deliver warranty certificates, CE certificates in Slovak or Czech language in accordance with Annex 1 to the Purchase Contract (for the relevant part of the contract for which the tenderer submits a tender). The subject of the contract is the provision and delivery of computer technology and technical equipment that are new - not yet used, functional, without obvious defects, delivered in complete condition and in the required quantity. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is specified in Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 to this part of the tender specifications – Technical and price specifications (separately for each part of the contract) and in the Purchase Contracts, which form Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 to Part III of these tender specifications.
