The subject of the contract is the opening of existing barriers on the watercourse Revúca in rkm 1,000 and rkm 1,788. The territory in question is located in the city of Ružomberok. Currently, there are barriers in the river kilometers (rkm) of 1,000 and 1.788 that prevent the migration of fish and other aquatic animals upstream and downstream. In rkm 1,000, the barrier consists of two degrees in the daytime about 13.00 m apart, in rkm 1.788 there is a fixed wedge with a small hydroelectric power plant (MVE). In rkm 1,000, the fish-pipe is designed to be full-bodied. At present, there are boulders in the bed of the watercourse beneath the weir, by which alluvial material, such as debris and tree branches, is caught. … the methodological guidelines for the construction of fish ducts while maintaining the existing fixed weir, a change of the fixed weir to the movable weir was carried out. This solution appears to be the most advantageous also because of the maintenance of the existing entrance to the flow by the left-shore ramp and the maintenance of the functionality of the right-shore MVE. In rkm 1,788, in addition to the construction of the fish yard, it is also a reconstruction of the existing weir. The fishboat will be designed as a modern crevice. In rkm 1,788 there is an existing fixed weir. Concrete grade sucks water to ensure the upper level of the MVE. The feeder is guided from the right side by a concrete channel of cross-section U. Between the stage and the MVE there is a gravel permeation. Behind the collection to the MVE there is still a separate concrete trough leading to the Revúca stream below the water level. The parameters of the fish pipelines are designed to meet the conditions of the methodological guidance of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic and at the same time the requirements of the SRZ and the ŠOP SR. The proposal also takes into account the constructional and technical possibilities of the site, taking into account the requirements of the GSP, š. p. for the operation of the flow in the sites, in particular during the passage of flood flows. The spatial possibilities, location and routing of the fish-pipe largely limit possible and at the same time feasible interventions in the existing Revúca riverbed.
