The subject-matter of the contract includes, in particular, the provision of transport services in accordance with approved timetables and the Conditions of Carriage by technically competent buses, the management of stop signs, the sale of tickets and the provision of other related services in accordance with the draft Treaties and their annexes. The services procured are public services under Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No 332/2023 on public passenger transport, as amended.
