… of performance, its unloading at the place of performance, unpacking and disposal of packaging, - the completion and installation of the device, - the testing of the functionality and operability of the supplied device, - the training of at least 2 employees in the operation of the supplied device, - the handing over of documents during the takeover procedure - the handover protocol, certificates of conformity for the entire device, all the necessary review reports necessary for the correct functioning of the device and the relevant legislation in force at the time of delivery for medical devices, the warranty certificate, the manual of operation in paper and electronic form in the official language, the invoice and the delivery note of the device, - the final handover complete test of the device confirming the completeness of the technical characteristics and the full functionality of the device in the presence of the principal of the relevant department carried out at the beginning of the handover procedure, - the warranty period of at least 24 months and the warranty service in the price of the subject of the contract. The detailed specifications are set out in Annex 12 to the Tender Document. Part 2: Special medical material for 3D electromagnetic mapping and ablation system The subject of the contract is the supply of special medical material for the performance of ablations by means of a device defined in part 1 of the subject of the contract. The expected amount of special medical supplies for a period of 24 months is defined in Annex 13 – Price of the subject of the contract.
