What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the execution of works in the framework of the project ‘Square with an urban castle’, aimed at the comprehensive revitalisation of the SNP Square in Stropkov, the restoration, protection and presentation of historical elements of the defunct city castle, the revitalisation of the adjacent public space and the implementation of elements of green and blue infrastructure. The subject-matter of the contract consists of a single building, technical and functional unit and includes in particular the implementation of the building objects SO 101, SO 102, SO 103, SO 104, SO 105, SO 106, SO 108, SO 109 and SO 111. … 101, SO 103, SO 105, SO 106, SO 108, SO 109 and SO 111 are financed, and PSK-MIRRI-014-2024-ITI-ERDF – Call for applications for non-repayable financial contribution for investments in culture, natural heritage and tourism, under the project ‘Stage IV of revitalisation of the SNP Square in Stropkov – Rehabilitation of the north-west bastion of castle fortifications and adjacent public space’, under which the construction facilities SO 102 – Coverage of the north-west bastion and SO 104 – Rehabilitation of existing paved areas are financed. The division of sources of funding does not constitute a division of the subject-matter of the contract into lots. The subject of the contract is procured as a single building, technical and functional unit and the successful tenderer concludes one works contract with the contracting authority. The contract shall specify the breakdown of individual buildings and related expenditure according to the respective sources of financing and the corresponding method of invoicing. The detailed scope of construction work, technical requirements and the breakdown of individual building objects are set out in the tender documents, the project documentation and the statement of areas.
