The subject of the contract is the realization of construction works within the reconstruction and renovation of part of the building in the built-up area of the city of Bratislava, at the address Stromová 1. The aim is to create a mode workplace in the existing premises of the building, which will meet the requirements of the contracting authority for administrative operation with increased demands for security, technical infrastructure and controlled access. Reconstruction does not change the functional classification of the building as a whole and does not interfere with its volumetric or architectural design towards the exterior, except for local interventions related to the protection of foundation structures. … operational character do not correspond to the new requirements for the mode workplace in terms of functionality, technical equipment. The building is connected to existing utilities (electricity, water, sewage, heating). The technical equipment of the interior is partially outdated and does not meet the current requirements, therefore it will be subject to a comprehensive reconstruction. The scope of construction works and supplies related to the subject matter of the contract is further specified in the project documentation ,, Reconstruction of the Stromová mode workplace.’
