Se va completa DUAE de catre operatorii economici participanți la procedura de atribuire cu informațiile aferente situației lor. Persoane juridice/fizice: Certificat constatator emis de ONRC din care să rezulte obiectul de activitate al operatorului economic. Obiectul contractului trebuie să aibă corespondent în codul CAEN din certificatul constatator emis de ONRC. Persoane juridice/fizice straine: documente edificatoare care să dovedească o forma de înregistrare ca persoană juridică sau înregistrare/ atestare din punct de vedere profesional, în conformitate cu prevederile legale din țara în care ofertantul este rezident.
