Die Passwort Manager Lösung ist mit einer Mindestabnahme von 300 Nutzer Lizenzen in den ersten sechs Monaten anzubieten. Anschließend ist nach sechs Monaten ist eine Erweiterung auf 500 Benutzer vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, die Nutzerzahl während der Erstlaufzeit des Vertrages von 48 Monaten bedarfsabhängig um bis zu weitere 100 Benutzer auf insgesamt maximal 600 Benutzer zu erhöhen. Nach dem Ablauf der Erstlaufzeit von 48 Monaten verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr, sofern er nicht zuvor von der gematik gekündigt wird.
