What the buyer is looking for
The object of the procurement is the acquisition of an automatic spray painting line for painting wooden strips and picture frames. The equipment purchased must enable the products to be sprayed automatically and continuously in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the procurement documents. The procurement shall cover the supply of equipment and other activities necessary for the performance of the contract as described in the procurement documents. This purchase procedure is organised on several occasions, as in the purchase procedure with reference number 314090 all tenders were rejected on the grounds that their value significantly exceeded the estimated value.
