Käesoleva lepingu eesmärgiks on tagada Prangli saarel kaupluse aastaringne opereerimine ning toiduainete ja esmatarbekaupade müük ning õigus osutada Prangli saare elanikele ja külastajatele erinevaid teenuseid viie (5) aasta jooksul kontsessionääri poolt. Selleks annab Vallavalitsus kontsessiooni tulemusena edukaks tunnistatud ettevõtja (edaspidi Kontsessionäär) kasutusse Viimsi vallas Prangli saarel Prangli kaupluse kinnistul, katastritunnus 89001:002:0068 (edaspidi Kinnistu) asuva kaupluse hoone (s.h. hoones asuva korteri ainult kaupluse töötaja majutamise eesmärgil), edaspidi kaupluse ruumid, abihoone ja kinnistu territooriumi.
