Planowana inwestycja ma na celu poprawę oferty wypocznkowo - rekreacyjnej obiektu poprzez stworzenie kompletnej strefy saunowania, obejmującej saunę fińską – eventową, saunę IR (infrared) oraz łaźnię parową wraz ze strefą przygotowawczą, ochładzania i relaksu. Zakres niniejszego zamówienia nie obejmuje ujętych w „PFU” modernizacji istniejących sanitariatów oraz budowy zewnętrznej strefy relaksu które będą realizowane odrębnym postępowaniem. Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy robót, wymagania techniczne, parametry urządzeń oraz warunki realizacji inwestycji zostały szczegółowo określone w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
