Demontaż starego wyposażenia oraz skuwanie płytek i podłóg. 2. Prace budowlane i montażowe (domurowanie ścianki działowej, nowe sufity podwieszane, kabiny systemowe i drzwi). 3. Wykonanie nowych wylewek podłogowych na poziomie korytarza oraz pełnej hydroizolacji. 4. Wymiana i dostosowanie instalacji: wodno-kanalizacyjnej, wentylacyjnej oraz elektrycznej. 5. Wykończenie wnętrz (płytki ścienne i podłogowe, malowanie ścian). 6. Biały montaż i wyposażenie: Dostawa oraz montaż nowej ceramiki sanitarnej, armatury, luster i podajników.
