Die Integration der Brandschutzklappen erfolgt über ein BUS-System. Die Errichtung einer autarken MBE ist Leistungsbestandteil. Gebäudeautomation mit Automatisierungseinrichtungen BACnet, Feldgeräte, Schaltschränke und Verkabelung: 1 Stk Automationsschwerpunkt Lüftung, Heizung Zonenregelung 486 DP 1 Stk Automationsschwerpunkt BSK gesamt 125 DP 1 Stk ManagementBedienEinrichtung 1 Stk Kabel und Leitungen, Verlegesysteme Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
