P (Physik) an der Universität Konstanz (Baujahr 1984-1988). Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere eine Nutzungsanforderung der Universität Konstanz vom 24.02.2025 zur Ertüchtigung des Ostflügels Ebene P11/ Fachbereich Biologie. Im Zuge einer Nachbesetzung werden die Labore auf Etage P11 modernisiert und die Laborausstattung gemäß Nutzeranforderung neu erstellt. Die Leistungen erfolgen im laufenden Betrieb eines universitären Forschungs- und Lehrgebäudes mit erhöhten Sicherheits- und Koordinationsanforderungen.
