… system - the closing date for PQQ submissions. In order to participate candidates must download, complete and return the Pre-qualification Questionnaire “PQQ” attached to this notice. To establish the QS applicants need to complete and submit their PQQ response by 1st November 2023 for initial set up but PQQ’s can be returned over the duration Qualification System. You will have to be registered with etenders site before you will be able to register your interest and download the PQQ. Irish Rail will assess each PQQ based on the pre-determined selection criteria listed in the PQQ and only qualified candidates will be appointed to the Qualification system.
