What the buyer is looking for
Scaffolding is planned for the new construction of the fire brigade equipment house, Im Kirchfeld 11 in 65510 Idstein-Niederauroff. The new building will be constructed as a detached building and is to be classified in building class 3. The new building consists of a single-storey vehicle hall with gable roof for three emergency vehicles with adjoining adjoining adjoining rooms, as well as a two-storey functional wing with roof terrace and flat roof and 18 parking spaces in the outdoor area. The building is not basement. More specifically, the following tasks should be carried out: Facade scaffolding - approx. 1,200 m2 facade scaffolding (W09), service life 10 weeks - approx. 50 m scaffolding position on roof surface (roof terrace or gable roof) - approx. 480 m internal railing or boom 0.30m - approx. 2 pieces scaffolding stairs (3 staircases) internal scaffolding (for interior plaster work) - approx. 420 m2 facade scaffolding (W06), service life 2 weeks
