Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Erstellung von Fiktiventwürfen für zwei Eisenbahnüberführungen (EÜ3520 & EÜ3683), als auch Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Eisenbahnkreuzungsgesetz (EKrG) und der Ablösebeträge-Berechnungsverordnung (ABBV). 1. EÜ 3520: das Bauwerk ist fertiggestellt und in Betrieb genommen. Derzeit wird mit der DB InfraGO sowohl die Kreuzungsvereinbarung als auch die Ablösungsberechnung abgestimmt. Durch die DB InfraGO AG wird gemäß ABBV ein Fiktiventwurf als auch eine Ablösungsberechnung gefordert. 2. EÜ 3683: das Bauwerk ist fertiggestellt und in Betrieb genommen. Derzeit wird mit der DB InfraGO die Kreuzungsvereinbarung abgestimmt. Durch die DB InfraGO AG werden gemäß ABBV zwei Fiktiventwürfe und separate Ablösungsberechnungen (1. Fiktiventwurf: Erneuerung Rahmenbauwerk, 2. Fiktiventwurf: Erneuerung Stützwände / Trog Nord & Süd). Siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen
