Gmeinde Münster - Neubau Kath. Kita Münster / Familienzentrum - Tragwerksplanung Die Gemeinde Münster beabsichtigt das vorhandene Gebäude der katholische Kita St. Michael / Familienzentrum (infolge KiTa genannt) abzureißen und als Ersatzneubau auf dem bestehenden Grundstück Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 11, 64839 Münster (Hessen); Gemarkung Münster, Flur 18, Flurstücke 616/3 (derzeitiges Grundstück der Kita), sowie den Flurstücken 606/2 (Kinderspielplatz) und 604 (Vorplatz) insgesamt neu zu errichten und hierbei Platz für 4 Kita-Gruppen und ein Familienzentrum zu schaffen. Vergeben werden Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung LPH 1-6, Honorarzone III nach § 52 ff HOAI 2021. Es ist eine Beauftragung in 2 Stufen vorgesehen. Zunächst werden LPH 1-4 beauftragt. Sollte der Auftraggeber entscheiden, dass das Projekt nach Abschluss einer Projektstufe beendet wird, erfolgt kein weiterer Abruf.
