Le marché permet d’évacuer les OM depuis une UVE (en arrêt programmé ou en arrêt fortuit) dans le cas où la capacité de traitement de l’UVE n’est pas suffisante pour traiter les OM reçues. Ces OM sont transportées vers une autre UVE Syctom en priorité ou éventuellement vers des centres externes. Cette prestation comprend : • La mise à disposition des véhicules semi-remorques à fonds mouvants (FMA) • Le transport des déchets ménagers et assimilés des centres du Syctom vers d’autres centres du Syctom ou des centres extérieurs.
