La consultation a pour objet la souscription et la gestion du contrat d'assurance Dommages aux biens de SEMPI du Ponant, agissant tant pour son compte que pour le compte de ses filiales. Le contrat a pour objet la réparation des dommages, dans les conditions prévues au contrat du titulaire, causés aux biens immobiliers et mobiliers garantis, ainsi que les dommages immatériels consécutifs. Le marché, non alloti, est constitué de deux parties : la partie 1 réservée aux prestations d'assurance, la partie 2 réservée aux prestations de gestion. Il prendra effet le 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 ans, avec possibilité de résiliation annuelle pour chacune des parties.
