The solution must be user-oriented and its functionalities must be easy and intuitive to adopt. The solution must be configurable for the customer's needs, and the customer's main users must have the opportunity to maintain and develop the system with the help of the management tools it provides to the maximum extent possible. The solution must include versatile reporting and printing functions and support the presentation of information in various dashboards. A more detailed description of the content and requirements of the contract is given in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The total estimated value of the procurement is estimated at EUR 250 000 over a period of four (4) years. Value is an estimate and does not bind the subscriber. The contract is not subdivided into lots, since the whole which is the subject of the contract constitutes a functionally and technically homogeneous service which it is not appropriate to subdivide into smaller lots.,
