… the contract is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular in the annex "Subject of the contract". The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum option period of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. See also point 6 of the framework contract attached as Annex A to the invitation to tender. Contracts may be valid for a period of one (1) year after the end of the framework contract. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between EUR 1 000 000 and EUR 1 400 000 (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 1 400 000 (VAT 0 %). The determination of the euro-denominated value of procurements is made more difficult by the fact that the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of Customers who have joined the framework agreement may be subject to unforeseen changes during the framework agreement period that are independent of the Customer.
